- Social Media Lead:
We want to look for people who enjoy to:
- Provide input for high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform.
- Own, operate multiple official social media and signal channels, as well as the content strategy/output and results for each channel
- Drive effective and creative social media campaigns, work cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams.
- Measure, report, analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.
- Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results.
- Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.
- Engage and build communities through one-on-one as well as one-to-many conversations.
Preferred qualifications and experiences:
- Articulate in the English language (both speaking and writing)
- Demonstrate a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin where relevant.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles.
- Have a keen sense and understanding of the crypto market.
- Have strong knowledge of Reddit and the cryptocurrency sub-communities there.
- Well-versed with Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
- Bonus if familiar with Twitch, Clubhouse, Discord, Telegram channels.
- Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Remote and experience is a plus. Experiences with the gaming industry is a huge PLUS.
- A meme connoisseur.
2. Content Lead:
We want to look for people who enjoy to:
- Writing blog posts, e-books, educational articles, presentations, video scripts, infographics, website content, courses and white papers to be posted on the company's blogs and website. Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content, and continuously improve user experience, traffic, and retention.
- Research and explore new technologies in the blockchain industry.
- Create and maintain an active editorial calendar of appropriate content.
- Coming up with creative content strategies and implementing them.
- Develop a measurement framework for generating results of the content marketing activity to be used for future marketing campaigns.
- Build connections with the media and seek out chances for publication, media clips, and partnership.
- This will increase exposure and awareness of the brand.
- Provide recommendations to ensure the content is understandable to a first-time reader who possesses little knowledge of the concepts.
- Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means.
Preferred qualifications and experiences:
- 2+ years of experience in producing and editing written content. Experiences in the gaming industry is a huge PLUS.
- Strong writing, planning, and editing skills.
- Creative with a proven ability to develop unique ideas and to expand on them in high-quality written formats. and able to produce unique ideas and cognition.
- Strong sense of responsibility, logical, rigorous and meticulous, self-motivated, and values strong teamwork.
- Expertise in one or more of the following fields: gaming, trading, finance, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and/or online privacy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in education, journalism, psychology, media, marketing, and related fields.
